This is going to get you out of your comfort zone and into the goodness zone. Shaking meditation and dancing is my favorite way to get out of a funk and into a clearer and uplifting space.
I’ve done this on the stage with rooms full (talking 70-100 healthcare pros) and I make sure everyone gets up and out. Do it alone and away from people if that’s what it takes to get you fully immersed. Do it for 5 minutes or 15. If you have little ones, try it with them, they’ll love it.
